On September 23rd, Tonko Realty Advisors was delighted to host a Grand Opening in celebration of the completion of Willingdon Park.  Festivities were held in the lobby of Phase 9 and on the exterior plaza located between the two new LEED Gold buildings which mark the final 2 phases of this 25-year+ development project.

Tonko Realty Advisors is pleased to welcome Terasen Gas to Willingdon Park Phase 9.   At a press conference held on September 23rd, Terasen Gas announced that 150+ new call centre jobs will be housed in their new 53,000 square foot offices to be located within the LEED Gold building located on Still Creek Drive, known as Willingdon Park Phase 9.  Terasen's spokesperson, Kirsten Walker cited choosing Willingdon Park "largely for its central location, which is within walking distance to both Gilmore and Brentwood SkyTrain stations, and in close proximity to Terasen's Burnaby operations centre".  The decision was also based on the fact that the facility is designed to LEED Gold standards "which is in line with our commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability" according to Walker.
